Hi and welcome! I am Jacky Santiago a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor. I hold certifications in Clinical Supervision, School Social Work, Trauma, Grief and Youth Mental Health First Aid. I am also a Reiki Master, Poet/Speaker, Educator,  Advocate and Founder of Healing Hearts Holistic Center, LLC.

Since 2009 I have provided psychotherapy, guidance, and support to individuals, children and families impacted by life’s daily challenges.  I’ve seen firsthand how these events can impede upon one’s functioning in all aspects, whether it be home, school, work or spiritual life. As a therapist, my goal is to inspire creative solutions to the challenges you may face and help you realize your true potential to facilitate healing and growth.
 

I draw upon a variety of therapeutic techniques when treating individuals as no one individual is the same and believe whole heartedly in treating the "Whole" you Holistically and Compassionately. I integrate many modalities in our working relationship, from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Anxiety and Depression to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Based CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Crisis Management and Wellness and Recovery. I draw from many inspirations including: Art and Expressive therapy with a passion for Guided Imagery, Writing Therapy, Music Therapy, Dance and Movement, and Psychodrama, which is an action-based modality where individuals use spontaneous dramatization, role-playing, and dramatic self-presentation to investigate and gain insight into their lives. I specialize in Substance Abuse disorders, Anxiety disorders, Mood disorders, Personality disorders, Trauma utilizing Trauma Focused CBT with children and adolescents and Bariatric Counseling.

I also believe in an alternative and holistic approach to therapy and am trained in White Light Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. I am excited about the opportunity to work collaboratively with you and embarking on this therapeutic journey of insight, healing, and growth.
